OVPL stands for Oakley Village Pub Ltd. OVPL is a Community Benefits Society (CBS) not-for-profit organization that was setup up after consultation with the village at the bequest of OPC to manage the Chandos Arms on behalf of OPC as OPC thought they never had the capacity to undertake this task themselves.
